MONTH OF COORDINATION

Event Studio K requires at least four weeks before your wedding day to be able to take over coordinating the day-of details. We need to leave enough time for you to make us the key point of contact with your Venue and vendors.
To successfully hand over the event to our team, we will meet with you to discuss your vision for your wedding day and review the plans you have put in place so far. Our team will ensure that we capture the details you have chosen.
When it’s “go time,” we work in the background to ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
We’re also going to ensure that anything that comes up is dealt with swiftly and without your stressing over or even realizing it.

When you reach out to us and fill out our inquiry form, Karla will personally respond to your inquiry, analyze your challenges, and schedule a consultation—either regular or video, whichever you prefer. During this call, she will get to know you as a couple, gather more details about your wedding, explain our process, and answer any questions you might have.

After the consultation, Karla will work on your proposal and send it to you for review. At this point, the only question is when we should start.
