Full Wedding Event Planning
Event Studio K requires at least six months before your wedding date to plan it from start to finish. This is because we need to coordinate your venue and vendors and often the good ones are booked well in advance.
We will meet to discuss the look and feel you want for your wedding day. As we get to know you, we will ensure that we capture details that express what makes you unique as a couple.
We take pride in involving you in the planning but at the same time, we are careful to not overwhelm you with too many details and decisions at once.
From the first time we meet until you are sent off on your wedding night, the Event Studio K team is here to ensure that you can focus on your new bride or groom and your guests, knowing that everything is taken care of.
Partial Wedding Event Planning
Event Studio K requires at least two months before your wedding date to assist you in your planning.
Partial wedding event planning can be that our team can pick up where you left off and finish the remaining details. Perhaps you have planned and lined up all the vendors you could but you’ve hit a wall and are too overwhelmed to continue doing it on your own.
We can also assist you with specific tasks you are unsure of how to put it into place. For example, if you need help with finding a specific vendor we are happy to recommend and visit them with you as you make your final decision.

Day Of Coordination
Event Studio K requires at least four weeks before your wedding date to be able to take over coordinating the day-of details. This is because we need to leave enough time for you to make us the key point of contact with your venue and vendors.
Our day of wedding coordination services also includes the rehearsal at the ceremony site. This is a key opportunity for us to work out the timing as well as meet the bridal party and others involved in the wedding.
To successfully hand over the event to our team, we will meet with you to discuss your vision for your wedding day and review the plans you have put in place so far. Our team will ensure that we capture the details you have chosen.
You can now trust that we will organize the vendors during set up at both the ceremony and reception sites.
When it’s “go time” we work in the background to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time.
