A Classic Romance: Timeless Black and White Wedding Theme
On March 18, 2023, the lovely couple Lauren and Anthony celebrated their love and commitment at the elegant venue, The Club at Grandezza. This sophisticated location perfectly suited their vision for a day filled with joy, romance, and unforgettable memories.
Lauren initially contacted our team via The Knot, seeking a day-of coordinator for their wedding. As the planning process unfolded, she realized the complexity of organizing a wedding and the importance of having professional support. Karla was more than happy to step in and provide additional assistance, recommending trusted vendors to help bring their dream day to life.
As Lauren and Anthony's relationship with Karla and our team grew, they decided to entrust us with more of their wedding planning responsibilities. This allowed the couple to focus on enjoying the excitement leading up to their big day, knowing that every detail was being carefully managed by experienced professionals.
The result was a truly magical wedding day where Lauren, Anthony, and their guests enjoyed a seamless celebration filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories. We are honored to have been a part of their journey and wish them a lifetime of happiness together.

A Romantic Tuscan-Inspired Wedding Celebration
On February 18, 2023, the beautiful couple Cristina and Rene tied the knot at the stunning venue, The Club at Mediterra. This Tuscan-style venue was the perfect choice for their Italian-inspired wedding, reflecting their desire to give their guests a truly memorable experience.
Cristina and Rene first met our team at a bridal show, and we instantly connected over their vision for their special day. With many guests flying in from different states, the couple wanted to ensure that their wedding was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
The Club at Mediterra's picturesque setting provided the ideal backdrop for their Italian-themed celebration. In addition, the couple rented a white Rolls Royce car for their wedding photos, adding a touch of luxury and elegance to their day.
Karla and Event Studio K were honored to be the day-of wedding coordinators for Cristina and Rene's big day. We worked closely with the couple to execute their plans and ensure that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was a beautiful day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Celebrating Love Again: Couple Renews Vows with a Grand Wedding
Event Studio K was entrusted with the task of coordinating and designing Laura and Armando's vow renewal ceremony which took place on October 16, 2022 at the Vineyards Country Club in Naples, Florida.
Despite the short time frame of just two months to plan the event, the couple was determined to have everything they wanted, which is why they sought the services of Event Studio K.
Our team took on the challenge of finding the right vendors and designing the ceremony area and reception décor to perfection.
The result was a stunning event that beautifully captured the essence of Laura and Armando's love for each other, leaving the couple and their guests in awe of the entire experience.

Destination Wedding
Martin and Laura live in the United Kingdom and always dreamed of a tropical, beach wedding. Event Studio K was honored to be their Destination Wedding Planner in Naples, Florida.
For the bride and groom, it was essential to have someone to help bring everything together so they could enjoy themselves with their family.
Our primary role was communicating with the venue coordinator, florist, rentals, strings, and photographer/videographer to ensure we met their expectations and beyond.
On October 19, 2022, Martin and Laura were married and we wish them all the best. Here are some highlights from their wedding...

Romantic Wedding
On May 1, 2021, Event Studio K was asked to work closely with Ponce Floral Design as the unofficial event planner for Aleksandra and Goran's wedding in Naples, Florida.
Our main role was to communicate with the venue coordinator and employees to ensure the designer had everything he needed to decorate the ceremony site and the ballroom.

Elegant Backyard Wedding
On December 16, 2017, Karla and Joerg got married in a backyard wedding in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
Event Studio K didn't exist yet but this wedding planted the seed in Karla's mind that she wanted to do this for a business.
In September 2017, Hurricane Irma came and made us evacuate the island. When we returned, there were trees and debris everywhere. We worked hard to transform the backyard for our ceremony just two weeks before the wedding!
To incorporate a romantic look and feel, we hung light strands and used flowing fabric in blush pink and white.
Pool-Side Wedding
On February 19, 2022, Mary and Shawn eloped in a backyard wedding by the pool.
Mary contacted me via Instagram. She was coming from out of country and wanted to plan a surprise elopement when she visited her family in Naples.
Karla went to Shawn's parent's home pretending to be a landscape designer so she could take measurements and get the info she needed to decorate and set up the backyard for the ceremony. We worked on the design and put everything together.
Everyone was happily surprised and the bride and groom loved everything we came up with.

Beach Wedding
On January 30, 2022, Charlotte and John got married at The Club Barefoot Beach in Florida.
Charlotte reached out to Event Studio K because she had planned the details and needed help coordinating on the wedding day.
Our team made sure that all the vendors were on time, decorated the ceremony and reception areas, and ensured that the bridal party and family were where they needed to be.
Everything went smoothly and the bride and groom were thrilled.
