Wedding Vow Renewal
Depending on the size of your vow renewal celebration, Event Studio K can work with you to make your dream a reality.
If you want a repeat of your wedding day with a ceremony and reception, we require at least six months before your renewal date to plan it from start to finish. This is because we need to coordinate your venue and vendors and often the good ones are booked well in advance.
Perhaps you would like a ceremony with a smaller party afterward. If this is your choice, we require six weeks to plan all the details.
Whichever you choose, at our first meeting we will review the look and feel you want for your celebration. We’ll also ensure that we include details that represent you as a couple.
We take pride in involving you in the planning but at the same time, we won’t overwhelm you with too many details and decisions at once.
From the first time we meet until your last guest has left, the Event Studio K team is here to ensure that you can focus on enjoying yourself, knowing that everything is taken care of.
Intimate Anniversary Celebration
Are you looking to go to a restaurant and have your closest family and friends celebrate with you? Maybe you want to host a small gathering at your home. Or have a romantic dinner with just the two of you going down memory lane together.
Just because it’s intimate doesn’t mean we can’t make it special.
Event Studio K will work with you to determine how formal or informal you’d like to celebrate.
Our team will help you choose which vendors make sense for you to hire. These may include venue selection, catering, florists, or even rentals of tents, tables, table settings, etc.

Big Anniversary Party
If you’re planning to have a full-blown party to celebrate your love, our team is here to help you make it happen!
Event Studio K requires at least four weeks before your event date to be able to plan all the details.
Our party planning services include everything from the start to the finish of your party. We coordinate the vendors and set up on the day of, ensuring all the little details are captured.
We are committed to make your event a success so you can focus on your guests and having fun.
During the event, we work in the background to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time.
