Night At The Oscars

Event Studio K was approached by Multiple Sclerosis Southwest Florida to organize the decorations for their Night At The Oscars fundraising gala.

We worked closely with the Executive Director to make sure that we understood and were able to make their vision become a reality at the event.

We unrolled a red carpet to start off the cocktail hour, Oscars to give out during the award ceremony, a life-size Oscar statue at the ballroom entrance, and a 1949 Pontiac outside the building to set the theme.

A live auctioneer entertained the guests during dinner and a band got everyone up and dancing after the main events had finished.

Everyone was thrilled with the overall effect and they felt like the stars they are.

Night of a Thousand Wines

Event Studio K was thrilled to support the MS Center raise $260,000 at their “A Vintage Affair: Night of a Thousand Wines” fundraising gala.

We were in charge of decorating the venue to reflect the winery theme.

Wine barrels, vines, and grapes were strategically placed to make the venue feel like a vineyard.

During dinner, a live auctioneer sold wines to the highest bidders.

In addition to speeches and an award ceremony, the night ended on the dancefloor with fun had by all.

Margarita At Sunset

Once again, we assisted the MS Center to raise much-needed money at their “A Vintage Affair: Margarita At Sunset” fundraising gala.

We customized the decorations so that it was colorful, vibrant, and exciting to the guests as they arrived at the venue.

Mandarins and bananas were added to the Welcome To Margaritaville entrance columns to make a statement.

Statement arrangements with tropical fruit and palm branches and orchids added height and interest to the ballroom.

The centerpieces were made of real pineapples carved out with tropical flowers and greenery sprouting from them.

During dinner, a live auctioneer sold art to the highest bidders. The artists were there to help explain the stories of their pieces and inspire the buyers to get just the right piece.

After speeches and an award ceremony, everyone participated in dancing.

Diamonds Are Forever

On April 2, 2022, we decorated the MS Center's "A Vintage Affair: Diamonds Are Forever” fundraising gala.

We didn't hold back for this event. Mr. Bond made an appearance with his lovely ladies while the James Bond 007 Band played in the background.

Glamorous centerpieces were super-sized martini glasses filled with lights and diamonds.

Guests enjoyed a casino night with "shaken not stirred" martinis and diamond decor to add a delicate sparkle to the night.

Thanks to the Vineyards Country Club Naples for being the perfect venue for this successful gala event.
